Serving Humanity With Faith And Compassion

Starting Sai Unnati Charitable Trust is no small step. I created a path not just for myself, but for others who benefit from the work our trust does. That shift from feeling lost to building something purposeful is significant, and it suggests a lot of resilience and clarity that developed over time.

Mission Statement

To spread the teachings and values of our Guru by serving humanity with compassion, dignity, and direct action focusing on individuals in their most vulnerable and neglected circumstances.

Aim / Objectives

  • To identify and support people living in extreme hardship, especially those living on the streets, individuals with mental illness, and widows without social or financial support.
  • To provide immediate, need-based assistance through direct fieldwork, personal interaction, and careful assessment of each individual’s situation.
  • To ensure that help reaches those who are often ignored or excluded from mainstream support systems.
  • To work at the grassroots level, maintaining a hands-on approach by personally visiting, interviewing, and sponsoring individuals in need.
  • To uphold dignity, empathy, and human connection in every act of service.
  • That’s a compassionate path to walk. Caring for animals—whether dogs, cows, birds, or even the smallest creatures—has been part of many spiritual traditions. Figures like Sai Baba of Shirdi often emphasized kindness to all living beings as a form of devotion.
  • Feed animals in a way that doesn’t harm their health (for example, avoiding processed or harmful foods).
  • Keep the surroundings clean so it doesn’t create problems for others.
  • Support local shelters or street-animal care efforts when possible.
  • Small, consistent acts like these can carry real meaning—both spiritually and practically.
  • Animal welfare after rescue: Cows that are ill or unable to produce milk often need ongoing veterinary care, proper nutrition, and space. Shelters can become overwhelmed if intake grows faster than resources.
  • Sustainability: Buying animals from butchers can sometimes create a cycle where there’s still financial incentive to supply more animals, even if the intention is compassionate.
  • Quality of life: For some severely ill animals, the kindest option might involve medical treatment—or in some cases humane euthanasia—rather than prolonged suffering.
